The general definition of gypsum; Gypsum is a soft and natural mineral composed of calcium sulfate (CaSO4) and two molecule water (H2O), with chemical formula CaSO4·2H2O. Gypsum is cooked at a temperature of between 630-650°C and adjusted to remain within half a molecule of water. Calcined gypsum, passes through the grinding and separation units according to product type. Gypsum is a mixture of chemical additives and materials such as calcite and perlite in dry mixture unit and it is produced by filling bags with in the range of capacity between 25-35 kilograms.
Gypsum powder is a building material that is harmless to human health, moisture stabilizer, fire-resistant, sound insulation, light-weight and easy to apply.
The capacity of gypsum powder plants that we do as MMM ERBA MAKİNA A.Ş., can be decided with respect to our clients’ demands and the final plant design will be completed as based on this decision. Product type can be changed by means of the dosing unit in the plant. Main products of MMM ERBA MAKİNA A.Ş. plants: Gypsum Sheet, Binding Gypsum, Machine Gypsum, Machine Applied Plaster, Gypsum Sheet Sealing Compound, Satire Gypsum, Carton-Pierre and Pearlite Gypsum Plaster. The minimum operating capacity of our plant is 100 tons/day.
